any point of the Reagan presidency?

Since 1961, I was in Japan in the U.S. Navy when I was 17,18 and 19. s didn't get my first drivers licsense till I was 20.

I have since 1986. God bless President Reagan. I drove a 1966 Mustang in those days and was a spoiled 16 year old. I remember how I was and its a wonder I survived.

I was not old enough to have a license at that time.
I was just a kid if that was in the eighties.
