Are you serious? Zydrunas Ilgauskas is an All-Star center! That isn't good enough for you?
What they really need is a true point guard. Larry Hughes is a shooting guard, Daniel Gibson is a swing-guard, and Eric Snow doesn't have the offensive ability to be a starter. They need to go after someone like Mike Bibby or Chauncy Billups.
They're set at shooting guard and small forward by retaining Hughes with Pavlovic and Gibson showing great signs of improvement, and of course they have LeBron.
So that leaves power forward. They're not in that bad of shape at this position, but it's not like Gooden's some superstar.

The Cavs really need a point guard to run their offense through. A guy like Chauncey Billups would run the offense efficiently. I think Mike Bibby would help the Cavs by scoring a lot of points. Chauncey is a clutch shooter, great defender, and a strong guy. Mike is a great shooter but his play has regressed for the past 2 years.
The Cavs need a good power forward next to Big Z. Jermaine O'Neal would fit the bill very well. O'Neal is a great shot blocker and has good post moves. He would operate well in a half court offense.

the need someone that can post up and rebound. The have 2 of the triangle in Gibson and Lebron.Gibson is going to have to put the intensity in his game as a starter. Not as an off the bench guy.I would trade hughes and The big ILL for Jermaine O or K G but that aint happening.Kmart wouldn't be bad either if he could stay healthy but he cant.

I would say that they are in need of a true post player that likes to impose his will physically on the defense. Ilgauskas and Gooden are too soft, and perimeter oriented big men.
They could also use another spot up shooter to stretch the defense and open lanes for Gibson's and James penetration. Marshall & Jones have missed too many crucial shots.
