I go with a salad or a grilled chicken sandwich. No fries or share fries with the rest of my family. Diet drink or water.

Tough to eat healthy at a fast food place. I just avoid eating fast food unless I have to. When I absolutely have to, then I just get what I want and not worry about it.

Who cares if they think you're on a diet? Don't let other people's opinions affect your behavior.

Ask for a hamburger patty. Tell hem you do not like white bread. I've done it before. Or just get the hamurger and take off the white bread. If they have salads, get one. Like mcDonalds has the salads and parfaits. Like Wendys has salads and a yogurt. Drink Diet pepsi or water. Don't let other opinions bog you down. Just avoid cheese and white bread. You will stay on track that way.

A lot of fast food has hidden calorie and trans fat. Order hamburgers and sandwhiches without mayo and when getting salads order with DRESSING ON THE SIDE and then dip the lettuce in that.(FAst food places tend to put excess amount of dressing on salads.)

Skip the creamy sauces and make it a salad as the veggies are better for you then the bun. Also you could skip the fries and go with a side salad or fruit.

try salads or splitting your meal with someone else or having the waiter pack half of it to go so you can eat in for lunch the next day.. i like to check out this web site www.dwlz.com. it has lots of rest. calorie intake. for burgers ask for wheat bread or no cheese and mayo..or eat the burger with half the bun and use a knife and fork to help eat slower.. maybe i need to take my own advice more often :) good luck!!

Try to get a salad, and don't go crazy with like 3 things because then you crave more. And no soda that doesn't help either

Stay with salads (little or no dressing), fruit bowls, and grilled meats for a healthier eating experience.
