does your phone support bluetooth or does your phone have PC connectivity options then you can add new ringtones and other stuff...

If you do not have PC connectivity options given to your phone... Please check If your phone supports Bluetooth... Then its great... you can buy a bluetooth dongle and upload the ringtones using that...

Hope I have answered your question

No, you don't have to buy all the ringtones for ones you want. Using a USB cable (I'm sure you have one?) and connect it from the computer to your phone. Open the folder in which you can access your other folders inside your mobile. Send songs to the folder that supports music (like Audio folder). You should be able to use those songs as a ringtone. However, different phones have different options. So some phones are easier to change it to ringtone and some phones...you'd have to send it to your phone from the sim card. I'm sure most phones only takes mp3 songs, so if you want to use a wma format song, you'll have to use a program to convert it to mp3 format.

That's how I do it with my phone. I send the mp3 songs to my audio folder using my USB. These songs will actually be in my sim card. Then I open up my songs folder from my phone and select it. After I have select it, I move that particular song onto my phone (no longer will it be in the sim). Then I select it as a ringtone. My way takes a while and maybe it will not work for your phone...but I get the whole song played. Even when I enable my alarm!
