Impacted faecal matter (poo) in the rectum blocks up, and small amounts of liquid then leaks around the blockage, uncontrollably. I am guessing that your daughter at age 11 is ashamed, embarassed and upset by this. This is caused by long term, chronic constipation, and your daughter will need the help of a bowel specialist to sort this out.
likely treatment will be a huge laxative intake over 3-4 days to empty and clean out the bowel, followed by the management of her bowel function and regularity with laxatives for 6 -12 months, until a healthy bowel habit is established.

I am assuming that you have talked with her and punished her for this behavior, if so take her to the doctor and let the doctor (in front of you) handle it. First they will ask her a ton of questions and then they will examine her. They will get tho the problem, and that is what her pediatrician is there for.

That is defiantly a problem if you are not making it up. If she really still does take her to her doctors, this could be a big problem.

find out why she's doing it...talk to her seriously and calmly. tell her this is not normal behavior and u need to find out why she does it. if she wont tell u or if she doesnt have a reason or cant control it, take her to see a doctor...thats the best advice i know to give....
