yes dermatologists do help alot..I had moderate acne when I was about 19-20 then I finally got sick of it and made an appointment...the doc prescribed me some Differin gel and it went away..acne free for 3 years and counting! I thank God for dermatologists! ;0)

yes, my boyfriend has a rare skin disease called Hailey-Hailey and he is in so much pain sometimes he cannot move, there is no cure, but his Dermatologist keeps him where he can do everyday tasks by prescribing the right kind of creams that family doctors know nothing about

well dematrologists dont, on the account of they dont exist, but dermatologists definitely help- they went to school for 7 years AFTER college so they could help!

If your speaking about acne they do not help at all. All they do is give a cream that is ineffective. I would go with proactive.
