You can't stop loving someone when it is true love. You do have to come to terms with it and move on with your life, but you will never stop loving him.

I am assuming you were together and are now broken up.

You have to go cold turkey. Get rid of everything that is a physical reminder--everything.

THen get very very busy. Do not leave yourself time to dwell or anything. If you start mentally obssessing, scream STOP to yourself and change to doing something else.

I know its a cliche...but volunteer to help those less fortunate. Seeing people who have issues of survival, and helping them, will help you get perspective of a lost love. Because there are definitely worse things in life.

And by the way--you only really get over an ex when you have replaced him or her. So start being open to others. Go out on dates. Meet new people. (It's part of that "get and keep busy" plan).

How long has it been since your separation? Don`t expect to be over someone in the blink of an eye. I read somewhere it is normal to mourn a relationship for 25% of its duration, example if your relationship lasted 1 year it is normal to feel down for 3 months or if your relationship lasted 4 years then you may need up to 1 year to fully recover. Time is the key to everyting and the best remedee is to date, date, date and date as much as you can.

I went through a divorce three years ago and I understand how you feel! I still have feelings for him. The only thing that you can do is get rid of everything that reminds you of you and him. Keep yourself as busy as possible and FINS SOMEONE else. With time it is easier to deal with.

hi, even as hitting a canines might want to help shrink the habit, you do not want to objective this because it can make your canines even extra unhappy and he might want to probably hate you for it. nicely, he for sure is doing each and every of the biting to get your interest + he's bored. that's my suggestion a million. supply a large bone to him regularly happening, this can save his occupied for a lengthy time period AND take him out on walks extra contained in the evening, making him drained and spending extra high quality time with one yet another might want to really shrink the biting. 2. purchase some chilli spray that you'll spray on the furniture. The canines tasting the undesirable flavor might want to offer up biting it (this spray in ordinary words works for some canines) OR 3. everytime he bites some thing, do not say some thing and (fake to be propose) and grab him by the collar and isolate him in a room by himself for a million minute. Then enable him out. in case you try this, everytime he's biting some thing, he will be classically conditioned to offer up biting the flaws :) this kind, your canines can stay outdoors or interior after some time. reliable success and acceptable needs. =)

There's no easy way to stop loving someone. Your love will fade slowly. I know what you're experiencing, you wake up with thoughts of him and go to bed with thoughts of him. One day though, you'll have a day where you do not miss him and that's when you know you've finally let him go. Pray for inner strength and take care of yourself immensely. I wish you all the happiness you rightfully deserve.

Replace him. Do something you love that makes you feel good, like a hobby or exercise. Go out with friends or family and have a good time. Let those who love you know your heart ache and hopefully they will try to make you feel better.

Dont give this other person more credit than he deserves. If he was so great for you, then why isnt he with you now. Move on, find another-- someone who is right for you.

If you are with him, and you love him that much, this is great, a little clingy for my taste, but if it floats your boat, then sale away.
If you two are not together, well, you have a problem. Get help.

Get out and around other people as much as possible. Get rid of any things that you have that remind you of him.
