Yes, it was only a matter of time. I wish they had started a little sooner, but there is still time to make a playoff push.

I love these Mutts fans. They are so jealous of the Yankees it is laughable. How are the Mutts doing anyway? How many in a row have they lost? And they think their team is going to come into our house and handle the Yankees? What a bunch of idiots. BTW, how is John Maine doing now? How did he do against the Dodgers? How did Glavine do in his last start against the Tigers? It's going to be batting practice for the Yankees against the Mutts this weekend! Can't wait!!

I also think Rockstar is funny. Whenever the Yankees win, the Red Sox win too?? Must be why the Red Sox lead is down to 9 1/2 from 14 1/2. Typical ignorant Red Sox fan. It's going to be 8 1/2 after tonight too. Anyone with a brain can see that's six games off a lead that was huge only two weeks ago. But then, who says Red Sox fans have a brain? Be afraid Red Sox fan, be very afraid!!

Look at the crazy Met fans talking. They can't even beat the Rockies. This isn't May anymore, the Yankees r surging. They r hitting phenominal, and r starting 2 get into a groove pitching. Thier starters r lasting longer, which gives the pen more rest.

I think most people r ready 4 it, they just don't want 2 admit it.

It's about time for Pete's sake. I was beginning to think they were in a coma. 8 1/2 is very good considering that on May 20th they were 14 1/2 out. Go Yanks.

By "on the way up", do you mean finally above .500? The yankees are only putting together a few wins, they aren't going to get anywhere, did you fail to notice, that everytime the Yankees win, so do the Red Sox, and when the yankees lose the Sox lose. Talk to me again, when the yankees are closer than five games to first place.

I like your optimism but they won't even make the playoffs.

But yeah, they are on the way up. They can only go up!
