Try to establish as many good habits as you can during the course of the day. This will occupy a great deal of your time. Not necessarily everything you want to do because we all have bad habits. These we try to get rid of . Burns up a lot of nervous energy. Good luck.

I am so happy, it was only a 35 minute drive ( 70 minutes total) but absolutely no sign of anxiety or panic i shopped till I dropped - brilliant! I will now go for the next stage DUAL CARRIAGE way, probably at the weekend, with my husband accompanying me first then the solo drive, if successful the final stage of driving on motorway

Yes I'm sure it can. For example it would work great for mixing pancake mix to make pancakes in the morning or scrambled eggs (breakfast)
