Mine are lilacs. They have a great scent! And they were the first flowers I ever received. I was 12.
They were from my dad!

I love peonies and ranunculus for their gorgeous, lush blooms and sorbet colors. Roses come in so many colors and frequently smell beautiful, even if they are a little trite. There really is nothing like sprawling, multicolored roses growing in a garden. For my wedding bouquet I chose three of my favorites: dogwood, hellebore, and ranunculus. Most of my favorites are woodland flowers because they remind me of the forests I love.

Freesia flowers. Because of their perfume, their bright & varied colors - from deep violet up to white - and their shape. They smell very good, however, wild fressias - which are always deep yellow - smell even more and better. They really bring joy to our home.

Gladiolas; I love the way they look. I grow them in my flower garden and as soon as the I see one that is going to bloom I cut it off and take it to my mother. She loves fresh flowers and immediately arranges them in a vase. She set the vase on her kitchen table.
