Why? Because of all the bleeding liberals, that's why! Arnold the Governator wanted to close the border, quit paying for the education of illegals, quit giving food stamps, quit providing free medical care, etc., but the bleeding liber Supreme Court said, "No!", you have to allow these atrocities.
