You need to check out Remudaranch.com they help people who have eating disorders. Also check out RevolutionHealth.com for more information about it as well as questions & answers. I've been there I know . Bulimics who constantly throw up get the acid from the throwing on their teeth and they gargle & rinse their mouth out w/ water but the acid is still there. Your teeth start to rot! You probably have marks on your knuckles (red marks, maybe darker from sticking you hand down your throat to throw. You could end up with massive problems or internal bleeding call the ranch 1-800-445-1900 and stop purging!! If your dad won't help call a close friend or just call yourself, you know something is wrong & I know since I had an eating disoder also. Call, Call Call!

You need to talk to anyone that will listen. Don't give up. Talk to family members, someone at school, a free clinic, the emergency room, anywhere/anyone that will listen. You want help so don't let your dad or anyone else tell you to handle it on your own. You need help, you know you need help, so go out there and find it. You're strong - you wrote here so that proves it!!!! There is always someone that will listen, you just have to keep searching. Take care, hon!!!!!

Can your mother help you? Is there any other family member that may be more compassionate on this issue...grandmother, aunt, cousin best friend, or best friends mother...school nurse, favourite teacher, neighbor...the list is endless. You have to talk to someone...grab the one person that you think can and will help you. Don't quit searching for help...it is a matter of life and death...

Talk to your guidance counselor, your nurse, an adult female mentor, as soon as possible!
