Before taking any advice from us.. especially a wedding ring.. I would check with a jeweler.. from what I read.. Ur hands are not a problems.. use Acetone..and hot soapy water, repeat several times.. Acetone is usually in the home.. Ur wife/girls should have some w/ there nail polish.. the ring?? be very cautious... use it very sparely.. it could discolor Ur ring and u would have to have it redone.. use a cotton swab.. lightly touch it with the acetone.. and see what happens.. If the ring means a lot ~~~wait and take it to a jewelers..

Finger nail polish remover will work on superglue. It contains acetone. It won't harm the metal.

Whatever you do - DON'T scrape it off!!!!!
Try a solvent like Lacquer thinner....if that does not work, then
Take it to the jeweler for safe removal.
