Um, which coaster? Do you know what park? The only coasters I can think of that would've been advertised are Griffon at Busch Gardens Europe (Williamsburg Va) and Maverick at Cedar Point. Either of those ring a bell?

There was a power outage at Magic Springs amusement park in Arkansas. This caused their roller coaster X-Coaster to be stuck upside down (150ft off the ground) for 30 minutes.

Dating a few days prior to that on Magnum XL-200 rain caused a train to rear end another train at Cedar Point.
