Member since: June 08, 2007 i am half and half between taking a new job, it is a company that sells water softners through home depot. the area where i live in arizona has horrible water, and the pay sounds great, but if you had bad quality water, and i could sell you a system that makes your water like the water in a refrigerator in your sink, would you buy it? please let me know if you would, this is probably determinig whether i take the job or not, thanks

Honestly, most people buy bottled water or the big ones like in offices.
We had a salesman come in trying to sell us one, but it was SO expensive and we really didn't know if it was worth it, being we didn't know if we were going to stay in the house or not.
Though, I would think that would be a great selling pitch to sell your house.

Is the pay commission or per hour? Makes a big difference. I would not want a water softener, but I am sure some people would be interested. And unless it is a whole house water purifier, no.
