I think I should stop taking the rest of the blister. But it is very weird that my period arrived like nothing in the middle of a cycle where I am supposed to wait for my next period in 9 -10 more days. Maybe it is bleeding for another reason, any experience? thank u

More than likely it is just what they call breakthrough bleeding. Your own hormones are acting out stronger than the ones you are taking in in the form of birth control. That's about the only way to describe it. It's completely normal to have this breakthrough bleeding from time to time. Keep taking your pills as you would normally. You might want to tell your doctor the next time it happens though. It might be that your pills are not strong enough for you. Nothing to worry about though!

The same thing happened to me about 6 months ago. I have been on birth control for over four years, and never had this problem. Then, one month i had break through bleeding. I told my doctor, and he said that if it happened two or three more times that he would change my prescription, but also that it is nothing to worry about.
Hope this helps!

Just keep taking the pills one day at a time at the same time each day. Your cycle needs a few pill packs to get on track.

Talk to your doctor if you are worried about it.
