I do an access point search and pie-web comes up, along with my access point which is called Russell Mania. I was just carious, where pie-web was coming from. This access point was the one I used before I got my router. It had 0 bars, but still worked, just at a slower paste. I was just carious where this access point was coming from.

Both of those access points are just random people or companies around you that happen to be using a wireless router which the Wii is able to use.
The fact that your "pie-web" works, means it unsecure which means its probably just a family router... (or a company who needs a new technician) 0 bars could just mean its far away. Routers can go to some serious range (I've had mine work half way across my town, its was slow but cool).

If you have wireless on your computer try hooking into them, and then you can find your "local ipaddress" try looking that up on google, it will usually tell you who owns it... ;)

I just came across a site that sends you a Nintendo Wii for free! I'm ordering mine right now, can't wait to kick my friends asses in Wii Sports :)

The access point that your referring is the internet service is from your local area around your house, meaning from your neighbors. Your neighbors has internet and the wii is picking it up. :)
