Mocha fraps are made with (roughly) powdered coffee base, liquid dairy base, water, ice, and chocolate syrup. The coffee base and dairy base are proprietary and not available for retail sale. Sorry. Closest thing you can make at home would probably involve chocolate ice cream, milk, and powdered coffee.

i think you can buy it in Starbucks store. they sell the syrup, the coffee, everything.
