No. That would be a major slight. If someone who I knew did that to me, I would probably make it a point to find out why.
Even if I don't feel like talking, I would still nod my head in acknowledgement.

Depends on who it is and if I know for sure it's that person.
So I usually wave as they pass in case I mistake them for someone else and if they stop to talk, I talk.

If its someone I dont like then yes i might. If its someone I do like then, most likely I would say hi at least......unless i was in a hurry i guess.

it depends on who the person is. if i cool with that person i will say otherwise i will walk like i don't see them and speak when they do.

If we don't like each other or if I know that person is fake I will act like they are not there

you only look away if you don't like that person, but if you don't, go up to them and talk, they'll like it if you do that. If I don't like a person, I act like I don't see them. :)
