WD 40,Paint Thinner or Turpentine.

Apply any of the above with a cloth by gently dabbing until sap softens and can be rubbed completely off.

If you have sensitive skin wear rubber gloves.

alcohol, thiner or wd-40
Quickest and little expensive:
ask for a window car tint shop for a 6" Triumph Blade and scrape it of the glass, it will take a second and wont damage the surface. $5 tip.

Scrape it off with a single edge razor blade.This is the quikest and easiest way.You might be able to get them at the auto parts store.
