He never impressed me as a head coach. If the Chargers make it to the Big Game it will be because of their talent.
Like I've been telling Cowboy fans, it is a rarity if a team has an improved season under a new coach. Its not impossible to have a better year, its just not a common occurrence.
Best of luck to all teams - until they play the Eagles.

I guess it CAN happen(after all, Barry Switzer won with the '95 Cowboys), but i doubt it. Turner made the playoffs with the Redskins, but his teams were never top notch. To me, you need more than strategy out of a head coach; you need toughness, and I think Turner would be much better off back in San Fran.
