I cant make my mind up go to texas with some frieds or
go see family that i already seen last year in
west virginia

Check out south padre island in texas. Great party town with bars that hold 8000 people and have full on disneyland rides in the bar. great beaches as well.

Go to Texas. But if you mean family like your parents, then even though you went to see them last year go see them again in West Virginia.

well u need to make a choice. Do you want to see family? Or go and get away with friends? If your close with family I would go there but also if you never been to texas then i would go there. Make a list of pros and cons of each place. How much money u would need for each place and stuff like that.

How about Myrtle Beach, South Carolina? It's not Texas or West Virginia but hey, I had to throw it in anyway. lol

Since you just saw the family last year, maybe it would be better to go with your friends to Texas,and you can visit family again next yr, perhaps?

will ur friends or fam b mad id yu don't see them? which one would be more mad ? if neithe of them then yu decide its ur vac! which one will yu hav more fun. try to vistit both which ever one yu don't go to go to the otha next. I personally think yu woud hav more fun at texas but yu pick
