I recently spray painted my lacrosse stick and need the paint off is there any way to get it off?

Try that Valspar Goof Off liquid. You put it on and let it sit there for a few minutes and then wipe it off and it should take any paint off with it.

steel wool
razorblade
baking soda

Yes scrape it off.
