If it is a national (or semi-national) chain, like the one with the same name in Albuquerque, NM. then...my opinion is: better than average for taste, variety, and keeping the good stuff out on the buffet at all times.

It is my 2nd favorite of the several Chinese buffets I eat at regularly in Albuquerque. There is one local buffet that beats all the rest, "hands down".

If your's is an independant "China First" then.... never mind.
