It's actually not much of a problem.

All you need to do, is to get written permission from the copyright owner of each track you wish to record.

They will charge a fee of around £30,000-£50,000 per track that you want to put on the compilation. Just pay the fees and away you go!

Otherwise, it's against the law to sell homemade CDs.
