Yesterday, the Detroit Tigers had a no hiiter and I was wondering if any team in MLB has ever had back-to-back no hitters?

In 1938, Johnny Vander Meer of the Cincinnati Reds pitched two consecutive no-hitters. In order to break this record, a pitcher would have to pitch three consecutive no-hitters — simply impossible!

Yup!
They were back-to-back no hitters, alright! They just weren't pitched by the same pitcher. (I'm not sure if that's what you wanted.I'm real slow, ad I have the tendency to misinterpret things. )

Anyways, here's the info:
Team: St. Louis Browns, a.k.a. The Future Baltimore Orioles.
Dates: May 5, 1917. May 6, 1917.
Pitchers: Ernie Koob, Bob Groom.

Here's another one for ya!
Team: Cincinnati Reds/ Houston Astros
Dates: April 30, 1969. May 1, 1969.
Pitchers: Jim Maloney, Don Wilson.

Hope I could help!

Yes
Check this out
1969 early in the spring.
At Cincinnati

Jack Maloney of the Red no hit the Astros
The next day Don Wilson of the Astros no hit the Reds

This is true and if you do not believe me it will be in the MLB record book.

It was Crossley Field that is how long ago this happend.

kyle k is right, no. That is to answer your actual question. However, Dizzy Dean threw a three-hit shut out once and his brother Paul threw a no-hitter in the nightcap of a double header. Afterwords, in the locker room, Dizzy said to Paul, his brother, that if he had known Paul was going to throw a no-hitter he would have thrown one also. The reason most writers who saw the game believed Dizzy was that he began fooling around with the hitters in the 9th because he was obviously going to win the game. Back then, players -- especially eccentrics like Dizzy -- would do things like that.
