where can i get a custom paint job in tampa?

i need someone to paint or airbrush the hulks face on the hood of my car like in tokyo drift. any places you know of that will do this thanks for lookin

Believe it or not check out the Flea Markets most of the T shirt air brush artist will do that. I recommend the Oldsmar flea market guy in the back and in the middle section, first class guy.
