Boric Acid powder - sold AS roach repellant - I believe it gets into the breathing holes on thier legs and messes 'em up
you put it around the edges - kitchen behind the stove or oven, under sink, rooms, trash areas, etc...
there are bug powders sold that contain boric acid
this stuff is a lot safer for humans, too
good luck

Get you a can of Benegal. It cost like $12.00 but it is worth the price. It really get rid of roaches. You will see a result the next day.. You can get it at a feed store. Walmart carries it too.

THE SAME HAPPENED TO ME SO WHAT I DID WAS TO CLEAN THE HOUSE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM ONCE A YEAR. I MOVE MY FURNITURE EVERY 3 MONTHS AND SWEEP BEFORE I VACUUM. MAKE SURE U EAT IN YOUR DINING ROOM ONLY. ALWAYS CLEAN THE KITCHEN WHEN U COOK FROM PUTTING AWAY ANY LEFT OVERS, WASHING YOUR DISHES, AND THROWING THE TRASH BEFORE U GO TO SLEEP. I ALSO HAVE THE ROACH HOTELS THAT I CHANGE EVERY MONTH. HOPE ALL THIS HELPS U. GOOD LUCK.

Get an exterminator in to evaluate your situation and correct it. They can find your source and remove it. If you live in a condominium or apartment, however, the entire building has to be done by the management. Otherwise, you can't just take care of your space....they will keep coming from the others.

the best thing to do is spray everyday, that means all over, closets cabinets, floors and do not keep garbage open,or dirty sinks,or floors.i had a tenant that when he moved out left me with thousands of them, and that's what i did.i also forgot spray inside of cabinets.
