no because the government is helping the aliens. they are abducting humans to make a Alien/Human Hybrid

The USA is not the only country in the world. Do you really think that all countries would agree to keep quiet if the planet was being invaded by aliens? Countries can't agree over anything, not even the time of day.
If there were any evidence at all that aliens had visited the Earth, we would know about it even if the USA kept quiet. There is no evidence that aliens have ever visited this planet.
