If they put out a phone book of Houston, TX, and I imagine they do because it's a pretty good sized metropolitan area, I'll bet you'll find plenty of these so-called gymnastic places in the yellow pages. Start with: sports, fitness, or even gymnastics.

simply do a yahoo search for "gymnastics in arlington texas"
there will be 10 or more gyms listed

Plus Karolyi ranch is in Texas somewhere, near Huntsville I believe.
