I think my Oscar fish has swallowed one of the gravel rocks will he eventually spit it out?

No there is nothing you can do, i used to have an oscar who would do this frequently,maybe it aids in digestion or something..i dont know if he will spit it out ...i never saw mine spit it out but he lived for almost 5 years so it cant be that harmful...

Not a thing you can do. But he should spit it out or if he completely swallowed it pass it within a day or two.
