if you found a abondon bluejay birds eggs in youre tree and the mother and the father birds never came back least whole 2 days ? just try to takecare of them when they do hatch ?

I'm not sure if it's against the law, not even sure why you would think that it is, but if the parents did not come back for two days, I'm pretty sure the baby birds are dead because the eggs got too cold. I'm not a bird expert, so good luck.
