Gee whiz, a world with no hypothetical situations?
This question tries so hard to be smart, witty AND hypothetical, it fails on all points because it's been done and it lacks substance. Imagination demands either substance, or hypotheses!
GET REAL!
(that would be an example of irony) and it's humorous!

No. In order for there to be a reality with no hypothetical situations it would require every possibility to always happen to every one or thing in that universe at every possible second. It would be constant chaos. In other words there could be no other possibilities because they all would've been exhausted. In any world outside of that there will always be room for chance, variation, uncertainty and thus.......hypothetical situations.

No and thank you for asking. Several people on here get lost arguing about and rejecting hypothetical assumptions that precede questions which obviously makes no sense and retards progress. :)
