I would laugh.....you miss the whole point. The President was manipulated by the Shadow Government. They created the radical Islamist movement back in the 70's as a way to humiliate Jimmy Carter. These days they only control a part of the movement, but have no direct connection to operations. There is plausible deniability about everything, and it's all buried too deep for anyone to uncover.
