Why do women think it's O.K. to lie to their husband about money when it serves them. But condemn a man for being dishonest about sexual matters. Aren't they both forms of betrayel?

I should add that I would give her anything thing she asked for(and have). So her dishonesty only makes me look elsewhere for companionship. The money isn't the issue, the betrayel is. Suddenly I feel that I am justified in seeking a meaningful relationship with someone that loves me, and not just money.

Yes they are both forms of betrayal and both are grounds for divorce! Remember, both parties are human and deceit is a human trait not a gender one.

Yes both are a form of betrayal, but one has greater consequences than the other. You can always got more money...
Solve the problem with cash about having separate personal spending accounts then that should settle the problem a bit.

We don't necessary lie about money, we just don't tell you until you find out we spent the money. But you give us a descent amount of money to go shopping with we won't have to dip in the money with asking. You can't give us$100 dollars for groceries, personal items and cleaning supplies and expect us to have something left for ourselves to go shopping with. Now we can either buy a shirt or a pair of pants, or put gas in the car and buy you a 2piece box of chicken for 1.99.We both have desires to shop.So when he wants to go shopping, give her some money so she can shop too.

Not all women do that. And money issues are very different than breaking vows and putting the other person at risk for STD's plus breaking up the home.

I don't think it's very accurate of you to make that general of a statement. Not ALL women think it's okay to lie about stuff. Sounds like you just have had a bad experience with one who did.
And yes, they are both forms of betrayal.

Yes, it is betrayal but men are narrow minded so sometimes we have to work around that trait. My husband and I have an agreement. What is mine is mine and what is his is mine! But I am never to take advantage of it and to use the resources wisely. Which I do.

I would have to say, money and sex are two very different types of betrayal. Money doesn't hurt the heart.

Nope, no justification at all, two wrongs don't mean a right. You are LOOKING for justification, but you are fooling yourself.
