Yup, I could read it (even aloud) without a hitch. It says:

"I couldn't believe that I could actually understand what I was reading. The phenomenal power of the human mind, according to a research at Cambridge University, it doesn't matter in what order the letters in a word are, the only important thing is that the first and last letter be in the right place. The rest can be a total mess and you can still read it without a problem. This is because the human mind does not read every letter by itself, but the word as a whole. Amazing huh? Yeah and I always thought spelling was important!"

yay for smartness!

Though it seems to be meaningless wring as long as the words have the correct spellings (some times one or two letters missing even in long words) the mind is capable of making it correct as long as you know thw word, and you have that in brain.this is mind power, and scientists have made several tests and finally declared the phenomenal power of the mind.the mind has so many other powers yet to be researched and admitted.
yes I could read it easily.

It was a snap. I paused at the mixed up wording for mess and one other word, but raced thru the rest.

I am an excellent speller, but have already realized it is a talent that is so very unimportant. This just confirms it!

Yeah, I saw this on fanfiction. It said don't you think it's strange how the human eye can put the words together even though every word is mispelled. I breezed throught it! It's so easy to read.

Whizzed through it, interesting to see this concept though.

I read it no problem, just as easy as if it were the proper spelling.

I read it just fine, and you're right...the human mind is remarkable in its cognitive abilities.

I think your statistic is either outdated or inaccurate. I'm sure most literate people could figure this out.
