It's been closed for a while now (Dec 2006), they've sold the property to a developer for yet another condo/hotel project.

Sorry the beach closed down. They are building condos in its place. closed last year.

yes it closed down; unable to compete with the mega clubs that have sprung up around the city in the last five years.
