Are the lenders out of Nigeria all scam artists or are there some that are legitimate?

Most of the phishing problems are reported from there and Russia. If anyone ask for money upfront it is most likely a scam. If the deal sounds too good to be true, it is most likely a scam,

I must ask....why are you looking into a Nigerian lender? I'm certain there are decent business people in Nigeria but you don't find them through spam.
Run, don't walk, to a local bank...not someone you've never heard anything about. Better yet, don't borrow money! Save up first for what you need.

Most Nigerian lenders are spam Artists. You can google them at 419 spam and read all about there different kind of spam tactics. Run away and don't look back.
