okay i kinda need some help on how to but eyeliner on on the top....i know this sounds really dumb but idk how to bc everytime i do it it ends up not looking rite bc its not where it should be.....

First, I pull (not too much so that it's painful) the outside corner of my eyelid to make it smooth. Then I use a pencil eyeliner and draw the line. Make sure you get the eyeliner close to the base of the eyelashes.
Practice makes perfect.

Stick is a little harder to put on because its thicker but it dries instantly. Liquid is what i use but dont use too much because it takes longer to dry.

pull the outteredge of ur eye so they look rly skinny. then u steadily draw a skinnny line. hope i helped

I think you need someone to do it for you first, it's a face-to-face kind of thing, nothing you can describe.
