when the phone ring i get disconnected?

i have a verizon wireless westell everytime when the phone ring or when we use the phone it disconnect or there any way i cant stop it?

Two things can be causing this.

1) You need to have L filter. If you do not then this can cause DSL Interuption.

2) Your Cordless 2.4Ghz phone is located to close to your wireless router or to close to the wireless adapter on your computer. ALot of cordless phones operate on the same freq. as wireless routers. Move your phone and phone base station as far away from the router and the computer.
