resizing rings?

i just bought a ring from couple lab at
plaza singapura, singapore.
it is meant to be a couple ring.
worn on my fourth finger
but it became lose.
anybody know where i can get it tighten ?

Some, but not all jewlery stores can do this. They cut out a small part from the ring, bend it smaller, then reconnect with hard solder. I don't know how expensive it is. I suggest you call various jewelry stores near you first to make certian they do this [to avoid you driving all over town]. If money is a problem, you can buy a plastic thing that you slip around the ring which effectively makes the hole smaller, but it is a less satisfacory solution.
