Legally, of course, you can.

Practically, if you can pay cash, of course, you can.

Practically, if you want to borrow money, ask a bank or credit union.

If they say your work and income are too erratic for them to lend to you, try something else. There's even a website where an ordinary person can describe what they want to borrow money for and other people bid on the loan.

BTW, "everyone" is stupid because most people working at Walmart (singular) or BK can't afford to buy a house.

Yes, you can. But, you will need to provide at least 2 year's worth of tax returns to verify your income. I'm self-employeed, and I can buy pretty much anything. I have great credit and a very good income.

Yes you can. as a self employed person your rate might be a drop higher...

but it will mainly depend on you credit score. if you have documentation and tax returns showing your income for the last two years, even better!

as far as i see it / if you have an income / some credit to speak of / a down payment /if needed /your good to go / as long as you can prove / income / good luck / if you are turned down /one place / don't despair /just keep in mind /if you can truly afford it /PLUS keep your business going
