Just helpless. Kobe is determined to win. As a SG, he plays his role. He's a scorer. If he had a decent supporting cast who plays tough defense, kobe can compliment that greatly with his scoring. KOBE needs help, once he gets it, he's unstoppable.

Helpless, definitely. With the right team around him, or a great sidekick, the Lakers would win another championship or two. But he doesn't have either, so everybody thinks he's selfish because he scores so much, but he's the only one that can get them points. If anything, Kobe's trying to help the team, not himself.

helpless and stats prove it....first half of the season when everyone was healthy lakers beat the spurs to reach their peak at 26-13...when odom and walton got injured he tried passing but they lost...he started hogging then....even when they came back from injury...they werent as good as they were in the first half
