Well, i was at a tournament not to long ago and usually i wear soffee's underneath my uniform. well, they didnt exactly work out and ended up exposing my neon pink thong to everyone in the audience! plus, im a flyer and was being held up ina split so that didnt help! what can i wear that will keep me covered?

Wear bloomers (They're also called Spankies) They're basically short shorts but they're skin tight. They're like tights but they're shorts a They come in different colors and patterns and some are metallic. They're really comfortable to wear and easy to move around in so you should really consider getting them

Im not a cheerleader but my sister was and they wear(im not sur how to spell it but) spankees is how they r pronounced. go to a dance store and ask for spankees. they should know what u mean. get them in your school color or a dark color. they look kinda like undies. they totally work.

Hmmm...Probably not a great idea to wear a thong if you know you are gonna be lifted...Hope it wasn't guys lifting you...Biker shorts might work...

Spankees, bloomers, lolipops, whatever you call them...they are the spandex underwear things....They stay to your skin so they keep you covered.

really short shorts underneath your skirt.. Kinda like hoochie shorts except shorts.. Skin tight though.
