A breast implant is a prosthesis used to enlarge the size of a woman's breasts. There are several uses such as cosmetic reasons, reconstruction of a breast after an accident or breast cancer, or for gender reassignment. There are two types of implants: one is a silicone gel, and the other is a saline filled implant. When they first came out, there were women having a lot of problems with leaks in the salines, but the boards governing the implants have made that better. As to whether it is good or bad, that depends on why you want it. As with any medical procedure, there will be risks. The questions is: are the results worth the risk? It is a very personal questions and one you should make- not anyone else. Good Luck.

From your spelling you are way too young and not developed enough yet to even ask this question.
Breast implants, the proper term, is when you stick something either silicone or saline into your breast to make them bigger.
I assure you, as a naturally endowed J cup (reduced to a C YAY) big breasts are NOT all that.

Wow. How about calling it what it is, instead of being so degrading about your body? It just makes you sound cheap and trashy.
They are called "breast implants." Here is some information on it:
