Last time I caught someone surfing on my PC I was going through the routine of shut-in of my PC one time and my PC asked me about the other person. That's when I bought McAfee Secure IE and I have no longer had any of those questions from my computer.

if you mean like looking into your computer like hacker style..

then you wouldnt know unless you start getting strange icon on your desktop and unfamiliar programs running.

in that case you have a backdoor on your computer and j00 screwed b0i.

otherwise if you mean like on your computer while your away? like at work theres really no way you can tell

and if you mean on your computer while your on it, well
haha you'd be retarded if you didnt know if somebody was or not
