Would it freeze? What's the liquid content of a marshmellow? I don't think sugar freezes.

Marshmallows collapse when put in the freezer, all the air gets pulled out in the freezing process. I know this because I have tried to freeze marshmallow "peeps" at Easter time, they just turn into peep pancakes.

Why would it not be?
They get very hard but they are not brittle or anything. A person can still chew frozen marchmellows.

Yup. You put the marshmallow in the freezer and take it out and eat it. It isn't that hard.
