It is realy big now and my other female molly is chaseing and nipping it. But not the other male dowmation molly. Why is it being nippid and should I move it into my small breeding container that floats at the top of the tank? Thanks

Yes, you defiantely should put it in a breeder if you think it's pregnant, but into a plastic one cause the net breeders are dangerous for the fry.
Or you get more plants where it can hide and get some quiet time from the others.
Usually the male will start chasing the other female.
When you have fry, feed them "First Bites"

gestation era (the size of the between whilst they get pregant and supply beginning) is in lots of situations around 28 days even regardless of the undeniable fact that this could variety and be as low as 22. you in all probability wont even word she is pregnant till 10-14 days after she falls. so, meaning from the 1st day you spotted, till she extremely provides beginning would be yet another 2 weeks. suited element is to no longer save the molly interior the breeding tank too long - the small length of it stresses them out. placed her in an afternoon or 2 earlier you think of she would be waiting to offer beginning. If the breeding tank is extremely super, placed her in any time. the different fish won't harm the pregnant molly (except there is a few thing else incorrect with it), yet they're going to consume the infants. .

Seperate the female by providing a breeder tank inside that floats. I would also put a lot of plants if you are not going to put the female in a breeder net. This will provide some places for the pregnant female to hide.
