It just takes time to learn how to control it, then once you do you won't lose control as often because you will be aware of it and prepared for it.

It's based in a pattern of behavior; so , first you have to change that pattern. Your thought process has to change when you encounter certain situations. Once that is accomplished, you should have a better handle on controlling your anger and even altering your thought process. Pray about it; good luck.

Because we tend to think of anger as a root emotion. Truth is; anger is generally a secondary emotion major roots either being fear or a sense of injustice either to self or others. Once the root is sought out to whatever's making you angry it gets easier to deal with.

I say when you become angry, get it out of your system!. You don't want those negative emotions all bottled up inside you. Nothing wrong with anger. Just don't do anything illegal or break anything that is worth something.

Because it's so irrational and emotional and it is hard to talk yourself out of something (like screaming or throwing something) when you really think it is going to make you feel better.

I try to count to 10, but it just ends up pissing me off more lol.

because u have all these emotions bundled up inside u and u dont no what 2 do. that causes anger and anger causes frustatration which u cant control.

As youngsters, we were never taught how to deal with it, (ways to channel it) so we kept it pent up. Now that we're adults, we can't control it because we don't know how. I am not speaking about everyone, just some, who I know personally.

humans evolved with so many emotions that there is no comparison with other species in the world..

Because it can be a very strong feeling. People learn how to avoid it and how to handle it better in time, I think.
