As this is Computewr Networking and excuse the sarcasm I would reterminate the rj45 connector on the ethernet cat5 cable

Its a southern thing but you can put vinager on a paper towel and let it sit on the burn for about 20 minutes. It is suppose to draw out the sting and posion. Or at least thats what my grandma thinks.

Were you surfing the net outside?

The thing that gets rid of sunburn is "time". Creams, gels and lotions just makes it less painful. Aloe Vera is the best.

Good old vinegar. Pop it in the bath or into a spray bottle and spray it on the burn. The smell will go off, I promise. This really does work.

Heavy application of lotion containing aloe will help alleviate the pain and some of the redness, though nothing but time will make it disappear completely.

i've never tried it but my dad says you can use vanilla extract ( ya know, the stuff u put in cookies?) to help the pain, but basically you have to wait it out

take plain yogurt and put it on the burned area! it works!
